What is Bpd Magazine?

Bpd Magazine celebrates home, interior and industrial design, art and architecture, and the artists, tastemakers, and developers who are carving out the present and future of South Florida .

The brainchild of award-winning designers and published by the Sebring Group, the bi-monthly magazine provides a unique perspective on the things that surround us in the environments we create .

Progressive and provocative, Blueprint Directory seeks to ride the wave of what’s fresh, inventive, inspiring and noteworthy. Leaning toward “modern,” we also recognize the classics and appreciate their mix into contemporary design. After all, the only thing that’s constant is change.

Bpd Magazine was created to showcase stellar designers and products in a graphic environment that compliments their artistry. Appealing to those of taste and means, the magazine targets a special breed of those who can enjoy and afford quality .

Blueprint Directory Scores Big
Florida Magazine Association’s 2006 Charlie Awards

Blueprint Directory, South Florida’s leading art, architecture, and design magazine published by The Sebring Group, won three of the top prizes at the Florida Magazine Association’s 2006 “Charlie Awards,“ held Saturday, August 26, in Orlando. Named after the late Charles G. Welborn, a longtime professor of journalism and communications at the University of Florida, the Charlies represent the highest degree of excellence in Florida magazine journalism.

Blueprint Directory won Charlies for Best Feature Design and Best Overall Design (outdistancing LRM and HOME Miami, which finished second and third, respectively), and was runner-up in the Best Feature category. The highlight of the evening, however, came when Blueprint Directory garnered the association’s award for Best New Magazine. It was a fitting acknowledgment for Blueprint Directory, whose creative coverage of the South Florida design community has been winning readers since it launched in the spring of 2005.
